1. License Grant and Use By purchasing (the "Service" or "Template"), you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the template for your own internal business purposes. This is a single-user license.

2. Restrictions on Use Your purchase of this digital template does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property or code. You explicitly agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service or its underlying Apps Script code.

• Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of the Service to distribute publicly.

• Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or transfer the Service, your unique access link, or any portion of the template to third parties.

3. Third-Party Dependencies This template relies on Google Sheets and Google Apps Script to function properly. We do not operate Google's servers and are not liable for outages, changes to Google's API, or rate limits imposed by Google Workspace that may temporarily interrupt the functionality of the template.

4. Limitation of Liability The Executive E-Commerce Business Suite is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. This template provides structural financial and operational tracking, but it must not be used as the sole basis for official regulatory, legal, or tax filings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of this template.

5. Termination of License If we determine that you have violated these Terms (such as illegally redistributing the template link), we reserve the right to immediately revoke your access to the master file and pursue appropriate actions.
